Description:
We are looking for reliable and experienced Truck Drivers to join our growing team. As a driver at Archer, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across local, regional, or long-haul routes, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and punctuality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial trucks to transport cargo safely and on time
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to all traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate logs using electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
• Ensure cargo is secured and handled properly
• Report any vehicle issues or delays promptly

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), Class A or B
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to lift, load, and unload as needed
• Strong time-management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with dry van
• Hazmat endorsement (if applicable)
